Hello. My name is Pheinixx, and I am the person behind 13-birds. I am a licensed TAC Tea Certified Sommelier Professional; I am a brand designer, visual thinker, artist and communicator.
My first tea guides were my late grandmother and grandaunt, who taught me the ritual of tea time. A pot of tea is both the cornerstone of hospitality, and the means of private escape.
The universe of beauty, mystery, ritual, and paradox that lives in each cup is the reason I am so fascinated with tea.
