green tea | zhejiang province, china

This is my personal favourite green tea – I do although prefer a 2 minute steep, rather than the traditional 3 minutes that are recommended. Named after a village in which the natural spring has uniquely dense water that dances and swirls like a Chinese dragon during rainfall.

Long jing is a pan roasted green tea with a nutty-toasted flavour that is slightly sweet.
